Wellness encompasses our whole being ~ body, mind and spirit. It is a way of life, being free to express your authentic self in your daily life, your career and your relationships.
When in balance, you feel alive and full of vitality. When out of balance, you may feel discontentment, boredom, frustration, depression and fatigue.
A disconnection from our authentic self creates a stress, and our body, heart and mind are no longer aligned so we begin to feel dis~ease. This may manifest physically as pain, illness and, if continued over a long period of time, chronic disease.
The ‘Way’ to Wellness
The ‘Way’ to wellness is an active process through which you become aware of all aspects of self…your thoughts, beliefs and emotional patterns. By bringing the underlying cause into the conscious mind, you are then able to make choices, and bring about the changes necessary, to be connected to your own wisdom and be aligned to the true you.
This Life Journey work is fundamental to Holistic Kinesiology practice, and using the Traditional Chinese Medicine model, we use techniques to promote harmonious flow of Ki [chi] ~ our life force energy, to free, support and guide the body to heal itself.
Kinesiology also helps you create positive changes you haven’t even thought of yet. As you start to become more in touch with yourself and what you truly wish to create, you can really start to feel like you’re living your potential ~ feeling Well.
